Transparent Balloon Dog Acrylic Earrings

Handmade laser-cut lightweight earrings made of 1/8th inch (3mm) transparent acrylic.  Earrings are coated in resin to provide a doming effect to resemble animal balloons.

Sizing Note: Please use the quarter shown in the bottom left corner of the picture to approximate the size of the earrings.

Important Notes:

• While acrylic is durable, it can break when dropped on hard/rough surfaces or when stepped on.
• Earrings contain small component parts which may present a choking hazard if ingested.  It is recommended to be kept out of reach from young children and should never be worn to bed.

Allergy Note: Earring assembly pieces are made from a base material of nickel-free 100% brass, stainless steel, or sterling silver.  Assembly pieces may also be plated with 18k gold or silver.  Although rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies they may have to metals or the oxidation applied to metals prior to making a purchase.

Acrylic Care:

• Acrylic can warp if exposed to excessive heat.  It should be stored in a dry/cool area and avoid being placed in direct sunlight.
  
• Avoid contact with creams, perfumes and sunscreens etc. These can cause a reaction with the acrylic which can lead to discoloration or ruin the acrylic.
• Remove acrylic when showering, swimming or coming in contact with excessive amounts of water.
• When cleaning be gentle and use a microfiber cloth with water to remove any residue or fingerprints.  Do not use any chemicals or solvents as they can damage the acrylic.

Resin Care:

• Keep the resin product away from high temperatures and direct sunlight for long periods of time. The resin has a low heat resistance and will cause the piece to soften.
• Resin should be handled with care. It can be dented and scratched.
• The resin product is not meant to come into contact with food and is not dishwasher safe.
• Clean the resin product with cold water and wipe it down with a soft cloth. Do not use any solvents or cleaners.
