Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges

Shipping & Processing:

Orders are normally processed, fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days once ordered.  Additional processing may be required during periods of higher than normal order volume, holidays or when unfortunate events cause a disruption to normal business processes. 

The estimated shipping times providing during checkout through our 3rd party shipping carrier(s) include an additional 2 business days for order processing.  Unfortunately, shipping timeframes and delivery of your purchased items are out of our control once we handoff the purchased items to our 3rd party shipping carriers.

Once an order has been submitted all sales are final and no add-ons will be accepted for that order.  You can submit another order as a separate purchase, but they will be shipped separately resulting in separate shipping costs.

PO Boxes are not accepted since we use a variety of 3rd party shipping carriers that may not always be able to deliver to them.

Please double check your address, email address and contact information prior to submitting your order as we are not responsible for packages or emails sent to the wrong address.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive your tracking information to the email address used during your purchase.  Please ensure that you have added our email addresses to your safe sender list:

Sometimes emails may end up in your spam or junk folder if you have not added our email addresses to your safe senders list.

Refunds, Exchanges & Damaged Items

Refunds and/or Exchanges will not be offered for any reason unless we are at fault.  All shipping claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages are processed exclusively through Route.

By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.

We highly recommend you purchasing Route+ package protection service at checkout.

Please note: Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.  Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Non-Returnable Item Exceptions:

Items we make are handmade each time which will result in slight variations between the same items.  Please be aware that even if you buy two of the exact items there can we slight differences in the items due to being handmade.  Due to this we have some exceptions when it comes to the return policy where we cannot accept returns due to the follow:

  • Custom/personalized products unless a mistake was made on our end with the exact correct information provided during the order request.
  • Manufacturing variations of supplies that we purchase to make items.
  • Replacements for sold out or older archived items may not be available.
  • Slight variations in color/style due to being handmade each time.  
  • We cannot accept returns of gift cards purchased.
